I was going to post a couple of images showing the form taking shape of the new Hammerhead chair. (indeed I did for 10 minutes)
However, I have decided that as this form is so different, will wait until the new form is completed for that final one take,

There is still much work still to do on this piece to get it just right, however the image below gives a good idea to the stance and spatial presence of this exciting new piece.
And, yes, it is really comfortable.

Hammerhead.

Oak, stainless steel.
It is quite a big low set chair – statement piece. Relaxed, very comfortable laid back sitting position with fluid, poised and predatory edge and line work.
Interior finish although could quite happily live outside.

Currently working on jointing from the gills and mouth parts at the moment!

So pair of site specific desks now completed for Hancocks the Jewelers office, London.

Installation will be on Friday, Jan 8th, provided that is can dig the van out of the snow and get there!
